Zimeta (Dipyrone Injection) is an NSAID (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug) for intravenous use to control pyrexia (fever) in horses. The only NSAID that has FDA approval for treatment against fever. Clinical studies have shown Zimeta can be quick and effective against fever and that it is safe when used according to label instructions. Fever in horses is often a clinical sign secondary to other serious infections or complications, Zimeta is only indicated to reduce fever, not its potential underlying causes.

Storage:

Store at Controlled Room Temperature between 20° and 25°C (68° and 77°F); with excursions permitted between 15° and 30°C (59° and 86°F). Protect from light. Multi-dose vial. Use within 30 days of first puncture.
