Shipping Policy

Our standard shipping method is via UPS/USPS ground for $5.50. Transit time for these shipments are generally 3-7 business days. In addition, we offer Priority Service via USPS for $6.75. This service generally take about 3-5 business days. If the total weight of the package is over 3 pounds, it will ship via UPS Ground. Most liquids will go via ground shipping. Overnight shipping is available in most cases starting at $31.50. However, we cannot send liquids or flammable items in overnight packages. International orders generally take 2-15 days for delivery. Shipping fee starts at $33.00 Orders with only over-the-counter products generally ship within 24-48 hours after we receive the order.

Rx orders generally ship 24-72 hours after we receive the authorization for the Rx item(s). Orders with both Rx and OTC items will ship once the Rx item has been authorized. If we do not receive an authorization within 72 hours for the Rx, we will ship the OTC item(s).

Return Policy

Returns may be made within 2 weeks of the acquisition of the shipped goods. Only unopened goods will be credited minus shipping. There is a 20% restocking fee for all items returned.

In order to return an item, you will need to request a Return Authorization Number from our customer service department at 877.554.4797.

We do not accept returns of prescription items.
