Return Policy

Returns may be made within 2 weeks of the acquisition of the shipped goods. Only unopened goods will be credited minus shipping. There is a 20% restocking fee for all items returned.

In order to return an item, you will need to request a Return Authorization Number from our customer service department at 877.554.4797.

Per FDA and state regulations, we do not accept returns of prescription items.

Refrigerated items and Vaccines are non-refundable.
